



I believe therapy works best when you feel safe enough to show up as you are — not who you think you’re supposed to be. My approach is rooted in authenticity, emotional attunement, and practical support for real life, not just theory.
Many of the people I work with are high-functioning on the outside but carrying a lot internally — anxiety, relationship strain, grief, burnout, or a quiet sense of disconnection. You might be used to holding it together, being the strong one, or pushing through. In our work together, there’s room to slow down, be honest, and explore what’s underneath without judgment or pressure.
I take a collaborative, client-centered approach, meeting you where you are and moving at a pace that feels respectful and sustainable. Therapy isn’t about fixing you — it’s about understanding yourself more deeply, building emotional clarity, and creating space for meaningful change.
